YOGA & MEDITATION

Yoga

There are many different styles of yoga and each teacher provides a different energy and experience to their practice. In order to find what works for you, try many different styles and teachers . I promise yoga is for everybody. 

Styles include: Hatha yoga - Ashtanga yoga - Bikram yoga - Baptiste Power Yoga - Iyengar yoga - Kundalini yoga - Restorative yoga - Yin yoga and different variations of each like aerial yoga.

Yin Yoga

The style of yoga I teach is YIN. It is a more passive style where we hold poses much longer in order to stretch deeper than just muscle. We stretch fascia and connective tissue, releasing soreness, toxins and emotions. We learn to let go, be still and breathe. These sessions typically last 75 - 90 minutes to give you the full benefit of relaxation.


Personal Sessions & Group Classes

Personal sessions are available one v one, or small group 

at your home or on location.
