There are many different styles of yoga and each teacher provides a different energy and experience to their practice. In order to find what works for you, try many different styles and teachers . I promise yoga is for everyone.
Styles include: Hatha yoga - Ashtanga yoga - Bikram yoga - Baptiste Power Yoga - Iyengar yoga - Kundalini yoga - Restorative yoga - Yin yoga and different variations of each like aerial yoga.
The style of yoga I teach in my personal sessions is YIN. It is a more passive style where we hold our poses much longer in order to stretch deeper than just muscle. We stretch fascia and connective tissue, releasing soreness, toxins and emotions. We learn to let go and meditate. These sessions typically last 75 - 90 minutes to give you the full benefit of relaxation.
It is simple but not easy.
Personal sessions are available one v one, or small group
at your home or on location.
