Workouts are created and performed one on one based on your goal in mind. Sessions are performed live - at your house, work, on location or virtually.
Workouts are created to be fun, challenging and diverse - introducing you to different modalities so that you find what works for you and your body and level of fitness.

Group workouts are organized so that each individual can also participate in a group setting. This is a good way to be a part of something bigger than just your personal training. Training with team mates hold you accountable to more than just yourself.
TRIATHLON TRAINING
As part of our group training, see the results of your hard work by achieving a goal. This can be finishing a triathlon, a 5k, 13k race, bike race, or any other goal you choose.
