"Tightness does not come from pain and injuries. Pain and injuries come from tightness"
- Joe Hippensteel
We spend hours sitting in front of a computer, staring down at our phones, driving our cars, and sitting on the couch. We may lift weights, run on the treadmill, and practice yoga but our bodies are still in pain. Why?
Because Flexibility/Mobility is the most undermined pillar of fitness. Let us help you release tension from your body, reach full ranges of motion, and live pain free.
Join Kim Harris and Pete Figueroa
(Certified UHP Physio/Kinesiologists)
for a 2 day workshop as we take you through the
basic upper body and lower body UHP 24 Ranges of Motions.
We will discuss
- Variables for Flexibility
- The muscles stretched in each of the UHP ROM 24™
- Top Rules/Paradigms for ROM 24™ Flexibility/Mobility
- 12 Types of Pain
- What is Muscle Lock
Be Prepared to Stretch!
This is a hands-on workshop.
In this 1 v 1 session, I will evaluate your situation and begin teaching you the stretches to improve your ranges of motion and alleviate pain. During this session you will receive hands-on help and learn how to make progress while stretching at home, how to use props, and what full range of motion looks like. These evaluation and progress sessions are scheduled in 2 hour blocks.

Ultimate Human Performance™ (UHP) is a training method created by Joe Hippensteel to prevent pain and injury based on FLEXIBILITY TO A STANDARD.
There are four pillars of fitness - Strength, Conditioning, Cardio, and Flexibility.
Joe, a former decathlete, developed these methods while still training because his own body was breaking down, regardless how strong he was or how hard he trained. Through much experimentation, Ultimate Human Performance™ was born.
Joe developed Ultimate Human Performance™ through 24 unique stretches, UHP ROM 24™ Each stretch must be performed until you reach that stretch's standard. He also created Hipp 86™ which is a supplementary method using trigger points to release tight muscles. Using both of these techniques, you have the ability to become pain and injury free.
While both modalities contain stretching, there is a difference between UHP and Yoga. UHP follows specific, scientific standards while yoga has no standards and is taught differently by each person. Every person trained in UHP should be following the same scientific standard to achieve results.
To date, the only way to become a Physio-Kinesiologist trained in UHP is by Joe Hippensteel and Mimi Ney.
